October 27, 2022 News and Notes

  • The 2K Gaming League has lost it's Portland team.  Three Blazer5 players banned for gambling on league games, the coach fired for not reporting it.  Three other players in the league have also been similarly banned.
  • Fortunately, if the last year's schedule has any indication, they have about 4-5 months to find a replacement franchise.
  • Pablo Mari, of Arsenal but loaned to an Italian side, was one of five people stabbed at a shopping mall in Italy.  He, luckily, did not suffer life-threatening injuries, but at least one other victim has already died.
  • Anti-Semite MAGA Pig Kanye West has been getting cut by everybody since more of his anti-Semitic rants have come out -- now his school has had to shut down as a result.
  • On the other side of the coin, at least six White Supremacists were seen supporting Kanye in banners and Nazi salutes over the 405 Freeway near Los Angeles this week!
  • MLB has bowed to Rob Manfred's preferred sport of football.  Game 1 of the Asterisks' coronation over the Phillies has been moved to tomorrow, so the World Series does not have to compete with the NFL.
  • A Beverly Hills real estate mogul has opted to commit suicide rather than be sentenced and serve the sentence for his role in the college admissions scandal.  If this doesn't tell you the stakes rich parents have to ensure their kids maintain the lineage, I don't know what to tell you.
  • Tom Brady with another NFL record, one the likes of which Gisele is about to divorce him over:  John Houston of the Ravens, with about a minute to go in the first half, recorded the 555th sack of Tom Brady, a new NFL record.  Captain Fatfuck, Leader of Men held the record at 554.
  • Another Tom Brady NFL record ended tonight.  302 games started without a 3-game losing stream.  That's almost 20 years.  Montana was second with about half that.
