2022 NFL Week 5 Ratings Report

Yep, forgot it again, so here are the ratings numbers from Sports Media Watch.  There should be some interesting gems in here.
  • So how many people subjected themselves to that disaster between the Colts and Broncos?  9.7 million, the least of the first four Amazon airings.
  • Giants-Packers in London:  To what probably is little surprise, NFL Network scored the highest International Series single game in the history of the series.  3.0 rating, 5.22 million viewers.
  • Sunday Single (CBS:  Steelers-Bills):  7.6 rating, 14.7 million viewers.
  • Sunday Regional (FOX:  Bucs-Falcons):  6.9 rating, 12.77 million viewers.  The early window was a bad one for both networks -- double-digit losses year over year.
  • Sunday National:  (FOX:  Cowboys-Rams):  Quite the opposite...  A 12 rating and 24.25 million viewers.  Up 6% ratings, 7 % viewers year over year, fourth-largest audience of the season.
  • And of the five most-watched games of the year, the Cowboys have played in four of them.  This is why I say that only getting the team out of the doghouse will prevent them from being in the Super Bowl rigging discussion, especially if Mr. Gisele continues to crap the bed.
  • Sunday Night (NBC:  Bengals-Ravens):  A season low.  8.6 rating, 15.88 million -- worst Week 5 Sunday Nighter in 14 years.
  • Monday Night (ESPN ONLY:  Raiders-Chiefs):  Best Week 5 since 2011.  8.7 rating and 15.79 million viewers.  The underlined is the key there -- there was no simulcast nor Manningcast.  The game actually outrated the Sunday nighter.
