It appears as if another right-winger has found his balls...

Someone broke into the Pelosi home this morning, nearly (and maybe still -- he's in brain surgery) killing Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul and wanting to kill the Speaker of the House of Representatives just 11 days before the midterm election.

SFPD is reported, through Sadie Gurman of the Wall Street Journal, to have arrested and have in custody 42 year old David DePape, who was apparently living out of a Berkeley storage unit.

However, in a far more disturbing development you don't put out (either as the SFPD or the WSJ, especially 11 days before the midterms) unless you are certain it's right:

Let's get one thing straight:  Whatever was going on, it's clear this was someone who lost everything and had nothing left to lose.

The question (and I'm only 70-30 that this is a rightie whose found the balls to do what they've said they're gonna do) is whether this claim of "extreme right-wing views" is accurate.

It is clear that Pelosi, as the #2 in the succession line behind Kamala Harris, is a target for elimination.  (She was apparently in DC and under protection already, so there was at least some warning to this.)

I've said to the Republicans in repeated forums:  If you're froggy, JUMP.  You're not getting this country back with it's current political, social, or economic demographics otherwise.

But the fact that this was apparently a homeless person, living out of a Berkeley storage unit, makes this an awfully tenuous claim.  But you better be right in saying it.
