2022 NFL Week 8 Suspension Report

And that, I think, is going to do it for the Chiefs.
  • Kansas City Chiefs:  Frank Clark:  Two games, personal conduct.  Possession of an assault weapon misdemeanor in March of 2021.
That pretty much should do it.  Third suspension for the Chiefs this year, second for personal conduct.  Fine check to the league will be $100,000, the maximum allowed at that tier.  Lost salary for Clark is over $400,000, and that puts any fourth suspension check at the maximum $250,000.

Yep, that pretty much should scrub the Chiefs (again -- and it's all misconduct).  Next team up.
  • David Andrews of the Patriots is in the concussion protocol after the cheap blindside headshot Mike Pennel of the Bears was tossed for last night.  No word yet -- probably meaning no suspension -- on Supplemental Discipline for Pennel.
