- One of the top stories this morning is a claim that Dan Snyder has had his legal firms hire private investigators to research "dirt" on the rest of the power of the NFL (other owners, Goodell, etc.).
- The ESPN report claims he has succeeded in dirt on Jones and on Goodell, at the very least. To which should be no one's surprise... I probably have at least a fair degree of "dirt" on the former, because of his team's track record with drug and other suspensions, as has been previously made evident -- and then you have the upskirting claims on the part of people in Jones' employ, perhaps even including his own daughter!
- FedEx Field for the Commanders is a disgraceful joke, and no real hope for improvement.
- It is now believed that the only way to get rid of Snyder is to starve him of funds for a new stadium. Which means he never leaves -- this guy has no regard for the team nor his fans. He is the perversion that the "NFL as Mint to Print Money" nature of the league has as it's ultimate extension!
- The lawyers deny these reports. But there's no way in Hell he doesn't have some degree of dirt.
- Muslim countries frown on public intoxication -- so special "sobering zones" will be created for drunk fans to sober up if they've had too much to drink surrounding the Qatar World Cup in a month and a half.
- It appears the only reason Draymond Green is not suspended for the NBA opener for his sucker punch is because they want or need him around for the ring ceremony.
- Phil Mickelson is forecasting that the LIV Tour will win and significantly (at the least) downgrade the PGA Tour.
- Five killed and more injured with a mass shooting in Raleigh, NC. Shooter is in custody as of about 9:40 PM EDT. Another one who probably had nothing to lose...
- The January 6th subcommittee in the House has voted unanimously (meaning BOTH PARTIES) to subpoena The Fat Orange Fuck and Piece Of The Ultimate Shit.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.

Jerry Jones was a crook before he bought the Cowboys. As I understand it, he defrauded people in Arkansas in a gas and oil deal or something like that.
ReplyDeleteWould not surprise me in the slightest.
DeleteI've already made more than a bit of blog material as to why the NFL needs to expel Jones from the league as an unfit owner, as well as basically the culture he has created there, which has ensured that the most profitable and ratings-friendly franchise in the last ten years has no Super Bowl championships in an openly-rigged corporate NFL era.
