• A now-former women's basketball player at New Mexico has quit the team and school, stating the gun violence in the area (two in her apartment complex, the more famous one on campus) indicates she is not safe there.
• New information on the on-campus shooting indicates that it was a conspiracy of at least four students to lure the victim onto the campus and shoot him.
