- Shocker in the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions: Matt Amodio, the $1.5 million winner of 40 games, is OUT in his seeded semifinal, aired Thursday.
- Joining Amy Schneider in the multi-game Grand Final will be Sam Buttrey, the winner of the Professors' Tournament.
- Mattea Roach's semifinal, which Jeopardy! analyst Andy Saunders says is the most even of the three, will air Friday night. The Grand Final starts Monday, first to win 3 games wins $250,000.
- If Seattle defeats Tampa Bay in the London game on Sunday morning, 4-6 will lead the NFC South. This is why I can't QUITE completely get rid of Tampa, even though every other metric says I should!
- One less phobe... Gallagher passed away this morning at 76.
- Still no further calls in the two remaining Senate races on the docket. Mark Kelly (D) is now up 105,000 votes in Arizona, but still several hundred thousand more ballots to count, for some reason.
- And Catherine Cortez Masto (D) has got Adam Laxalt's (R) lead in Nevada down to about 9,000.
- No call in Colorado House District 3, but Bang-Bang Barbie (Fascist Pig) is up over a 1,000 votes and MAY get out of an automatic recount range.
- The initiative to begin the process of seceding San Bernadino County from California has passed -- by about 3 points. The main impetus I see to this is that the entire Republican eastern part of the state will probably vote to follow suit.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
