- Andrew He (Monday) and Amy Schneider (Tuesday) have one point apiece in the Grand Final of the Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions. First to three points (game wins) wins and ends the tournament.
- After Ye's victory, some people thought that a Ye sweep was spoiled on the show's website, after they only listed three dates for the Tournament Grand Final.
- Anyone who had been following their Hall of Fame page during several of the million-dollar runs would've debunked this rather quickly. They are very diligent in updating, but similarly diligent in taking care as not to spoil unaired events.
- Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and TCU are the playoff teams for another week in college football.
- Yes, The Big Orange Fuck HAS declared for 2024. May he and DeSantis literally kill each other.
- A missile has hit Poland, killing two. Before anyone wonders: Current analysis even has President Biden saying it didn't come from Russia.
- Amari Rodgers has been fired from the Packers for at least four muffed punt returns this year.
- Aaron Patrick of the Broncos is out with an ACL tear after running into a sideline worker at a recent game, and everybody's getting sued for it except maybe the fans and the popcorn vendor. The league, ESPN, the stadium, the maker of the turf, the maker of the sideline mats, etc.
- Virginia has cancelled the home conclusion of their season with Coastal Carolina (with CCU's full support), and they're going to try to figure out how to deal with the game next week at West Virginia. Classes only resumed today.
- One of the witnesses said the five people shot by the former Virginia football player were targeted.
- Novak Djokovic will play in next January's Australian Open. A visa has been granted, even though Novak is still not vaccinated.
- The first incident of the Qatar World Cup has occurred: A Danish television crew was shooting footage of the country when they were approached by security and accosted. The organizers have apologized and stated the security had erred -- the TV crew was well within it's rights. Good luck having all that hold in a difference of fundamental sensibilities.
- Several teams intend to protest the Qatari hosts. Some by wearing black, the USA exchanging their red and white stripes on their shield logos with either rainbow stripes or transgender-ally stripes. One team wanted to warm up in shirts reading "Human Rights For All" -- FIFA drew the line and said no to that.
- Latest reports of the number of expendables killed by the World Cup construction now number in the THOUSANDS. With apologies to the families of those so killed -- that is how your sacrifices were viewed by the Middle Eastern blood lords.
- Bryce Harper may be out all of next season -- possible Tommy John surgery for a UCL tear he suffered in April which left him to be only the DH for the Phillies.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
