Super Farce XLIX, Cheaters vs. Thugs: The Three Most Disgusting Things of All

Are you satisfied yet, America, that, in this league of rapists, child abusers, murderers, dog killers, and thugs, that you have exactly the Super Bowl which you deserve?

Deflate-Gate has basically taken the wind out of the sails of the entire sport heading into the two weeks leading up to Super Farce XLIX.

But this leads me to three very disgusting conclusions about this year, and going forward:

The first is that, regardless of what's about to go down, 100,000,000 and more will still watch it.

The second is that this is going to bring in a new brand of thuggery, cheating, and unprofessional behavior.

The third is that this is exactly what the NFL is trying to contrive...

... by making the SEAHAWKS into the Good Guys.

You see, there is a rule, Rule 17 of the NFL Rule Book, and you can see it here in .PDF form.

If the NFL had one ounce of balls (and not to admit that they would actually be a co-participant to allow the Patriots to play in Super Bowl XLIX), they could, as of right now, invoke Rule 17, Section 2, Article 3 -- Penalties for Unfair Acts:

The Commissioner’s powers under this Section 2 include the imposition of monetary fines and

draft-choice forfeitures, suspension of persons involved in unfair acts, and, if appropriate, the reversal of

a game’s result or the rescheduling of a game, either from the beginning or from the point at which the

extraordinary act occurred. In the event of rescheduling a game, the Commissioner will be guided by the

procedures specified in Rule 17, Section 1, Articles 5 through 11, above. In all cases, the Commissioner

will conduct a full investigation, including the opportunity for hearings, use of game videotape, and any

other procedure he deems appropriate.

He has the power to reverse the result, but won't.

Why???

Because this is the league Roger Goodell WANTS.

He wants it to be literally NASCAR's "Have at it, boys!" crossed with Eddie Guerrero's "If you're not cheating, you're not trying."

He can then enforce the rules, at whim, to keep down certain franchises and ignore them, at whim, to push others.

We don't even have both teams at the site, and this might already be the biggest farce of Super Bowl history -- and there have been some beauties in that regard.

  1. Wow man, you are on the money! I was just going to post this question asking if you think this is like another early 90s WWF Main event storyline! This has Jake Roberts vs Undertaker all over it, when the switch is made to make Jake the Snake a "heel" and Undertaker a "baby face!" All of a sudden the Cheatriots turn heel and the Sea-Thugs turn face and have to beat the monsters down so all the fools who actually watch this garbage of a SB will cheer on the Thugs! It's pretty sad that watching the glory days of WWF for fun actually taught us how to see the sham the NFL really is!! As I said before great correlation and keep up the eve opening truth my man!!
