And you did this last night... WHY???

Dave Pasch is an ESPN college-basketball play-by-play man.

Bill Walton (yes, THE Bill Walton) is his partner.

Walton gave Pasch a Charles Darwin book, The Origin of Species, in honor of Pasch winning the 2014 Arizona Sportswriter of the Year award, Deadspin reported yesterday.

It now appears that Walton almost did it intentionally to draw a response -- the one he got...

Pasch outed himself as a right-wing creationist.

WHY, Dave?

We already know that it appears that ESPN is sprinting to the right (legitimate spousal abuse (haven't quite gotten to that Congresscritter and "legitimate rape" yet), suspending Keith Law for supporting evolution vs. that noted crybaby Republican Curt Schilling, the rampant sexual harassment, et. al, at ESPN (which I am shocked has not been manifested in rape on numerous occasions), but the whole thing just leaves me at the point of...

WHY?

I mean, is ESPN going to take that forefront in the War on Women, the War on Blacks (basically reducing them to one form or another of athletic slave), the War on Gays (don't think I forgot your tampering with the Rams!), etc.??
