If I'm the referee, that's an Oregon touchdown for the flagrant foul plus the unsportsmanlike action afterward.

And I eject the USC player TWICE.  Once for the hit, another for flagrant intent to injure.

The quarterback was taken in an ambulance.  The USC player smiled on the sidelines.

Arrest that cocksucker too.  Assault and battery, intent to do grave harm.

You know what?  Green Bay MIGHT get off the hook at the rate things are going.
