- Arizona Cardinals: Chandler Jones, $10,300 -- not sure if they declared this a celebration foul for enticing or it's a uniform violation, or both...
This one ain't fucking right, NFL...
Jones was fined for raising his jersey and showing a T-shirt honoring Freddie Joe Nunn -- on the quarterback sack Jones broke Nunn's record with!!
NO.
FUCKING. NO.
I'm sorry. I'm a stickler for shit. I am.
But there are times and places, and this should've been bowed to...
- Chicago Bears: Cassius Marsh: $5.972 for that garbage taunting call -- because if it was taunting, then he should've been fined and tossed for roughing the passer AND contacting the official.
- And why would the NFL punish Tony Corrente? He got them the result they wanted. A Fantastic Finish (tm) and a Steelers win!
- And, oh gee, you think the NFL didn't show on Sunday how bad the Steelers are when the refs don't have themselves in the Steelers' pockets??
- Las Vegas Raiders: In what ESPN reports as the largest on-field fine for a single incident in over two years, Denzel Perryman was fined $55,000 for unnecessary roughness, use of the helmet on a Jalen Hurts running play -- which was not flagged. It sounds like he got not only a second offense for the helmet, he got additional for roughness as well. According to Spotrac, Perryman's last fine was in 2016 -- so there's no way that could be a repeat-offender... Gee, you think messages are being sent here??
- The largest recent on-field NFL fine for one game was a teammate, Johnathan Abrams, who drew $80,000 for multiple incidents in a game last year.
- Cleveland Browns: Jordan Elliott, $11,586 for two unnecessary roughness fouls,, at least one of them reported as fighting.
- Los Angeles Rams: Jalen Ramsey gets the latest $10,300 taunting call.
- New Orleans Saints: Kwon Alexander, $6,264 for taunting.
- Indianapolis Colts: E. J. Speed, $5,124 for taunting.
Judge for yourself:
Guess how much money this cost?

I can. You stood over the guy, hands on hips. They just really need to make the taunting rule ANY NON-FOOTBALL ACT in denigration of a player on the other team. SHUT THE FUCK UP, PAY YOUR FUCKING FINE, GET BACK TO YOUR HUDDLE.
- New York Giants: Keion Crossen, $6,133 for a late hit.
