- Yokozuna Terunofuji has his first zensho-yusho, as he fought back Takakeisho and leaves him 12-3. Terunofuji wins the November tournament three matches clear over Takakeisho and former suspended Komusubi Abi. It's his sixth tournament victory, his first undefeated tournament, and the only reason he hasn't won the last five tournaments running is because he lost to GOAT Hakuho in July in what turned out to be Hakuho's final match before his retirement.
- Evander Kane has been waived by the Sharks. His suspension for the fake COVID card ends tonight, but he will not return to the team. They intend to send him to the AHL -- he has fired his agent, hired a new one, and is trying to engineer a trade. Not only this, but multiple Sharks don't want Kane back in the first place -- before this OR the domestic-violence claims.
- We playing right into the thug culture here, NBC and NFL?? Was going through the channels, the Sunday nighter was going to commercial, with Myles Garrett pictured with font which seemed straight out of a gangsta rap video.
- In two minutes and fifty-one seconds of the second quarter of tonight's Sunday Night Football game between the Browns and Ravens, there have been FIVE TURNOVERS. If you want to know why the NFL is concocting Fantastic Finishes (tm), it's to cover THIS up. The football being played is ABJECT CRAP!
- In the last 3:12 of the first half, you had those five turnovers, a Cleveland field goal, and a punt. Wow. What a game. 6-3 Baltimore at halftime, three field goals.
- Lee Corso of ESPN is demanding the full and permanent separation of the Power 5 and Group of 5 into two separate divisions, separately ranked. Credit for honesty...
- Oh, by the way, rigged game in the NBA tonight: Steph Curry got a T three minutes into the 4th (and could easily have been one-T tossed for it!!!!) and then decides, after draining a 3 four minutes later, to T up the ref. You've got three refs out there -- how in Hell did Curry not get tossed by one of them seeing his display??? Or are we now seeing the Warriors' resurgence as good for ratings (and they are, in the early NBA season), so we'll let it slide and help Golden State (now 18-2 after a "win" over the Clippers today) get to a home and home with Phoenix (17-3, won 16 in a row) this week.... (At Phoenix Tuesday, At San Francisco Friday)
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
