Fine Blotter, Week 7 and otherwise...

  • Dallas Cowboys:  CeeDee Lamb, we need to have a talk...
You know, there's been some belief that the Cowboys might actually be Plan B behind the Tom Bradys -- but Lamb might be about to blow that up.

Through six weeks and six games, Lamb is now a FIVE-TIME LOSER in the fine department already:
  1. Week 1, uniform violation, socks:  $5,150
  2. Week 3, uniform violation, untucked jersey:  $5,150
  3. Week 4, uniform violation, untucked jersey, second offense:  $15,450
  4. Week 4, crackback block, $10,815
  5. Week 6, taunting:  $10,300
(Some of this has already been covered, but I wanted to bring this to attention since this entire record is becoming a matter of record.)

He's already been told the next untucked jersey he does is going to cost him over $46,000.

Lamb is in his second year in the league, and fellow wide receiver Amari Cooper is now having some real questions on whether this piece of shit wants to get paid at all!!

You might also wanna make it clear to him:  He gets too much more, stop talking suspensions and start talking that your team's gonna stop getting calls and not be in the mix.  You could even make a case that the Packers are getting Refball again because at least two of the options which spent the early season above the Packers in the playoff thoughts are running afoul of things.

He was also fined $15,000 for a blindside block Week 1 last year - -making it six NFL fines in just 22 NFL games.

I wonder when the forced inspections are going to start coming and the word comes out that Lamb will not be allowed on the field -- de facto suspended -- when he refuses to continue to comply.

Now, the weekly (Week 7) numbers:
  • Kansas City Chiefs:  L'Jarius Sneed, $5,214 for Roughing the Passer
  • Seattle Seahawks:  Gerald Everett, $10,300 for Unsportsmanlike Conduct
  • Seattle Seahawks:  DK Metcalf, $6,949 for Unnecessary Roughness
  • New Orleans Saints:  Marshon Lattimore, $10,815 for Unnecessary Roughness
  • Chicago Bears:  Bilal Nichols, $10.815 for an ejection punch.
  • Philadelphia Eagles:  Jason Kelce, $10,300 for Unsportsmanlike Conduct
And three more $10,300 fines for taunting:
  • Tennessee Titans:  Kevin Byard
  • Arizona Cardinals:  Byron Murphy
  • Cleveland Browns:  Jarvis Landry
