The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.

Day 563
Well, now we know what got La'El Collins five games, and it should've gotten him more. He definitely should get more than the two he's going to serve. Not only has he missed a number of drug tests, he also tried to bribe the tester! To me, that's a season, at least.
Tragedy at Petco Park last night. A mother and 2 year old infant both were killed at the stadium last night after a fall.
Ohio State either threw a player off the team or had one quit during a 59-7 win over Akron. A personnel issue resulted in K'Vaughan Pope being escorted from the field and throwing profane tweets against the program (but in support of his teammates). He was a senior, but never saw significant playing time for the Buckeyes at any point in his four seasons. Pope was dismissed from the team earlier today. Probably should've happened some time ago -- if you can't get better playing time in four years in a college program, chances are you are in the wrong program.
Aaron Lowe was killed today in a shooting fight at a campus party in Salt Lake City.
And Brandon Gray, another college player, was seriously injured in another shooting at a campus party in Pullman, Washington.
You're kidding me, Kenny Mayne... :) That is an exit from your last SportsCenter...
And one of the reasons I'm not sure it's a good idea to try for NFL history today at the end of the half. Matt Prater of the Cardinals tried a 68 yard field goal at the half today. It was on-line, but just short, caught right near the end line by Jacksonville's Jamal Agnew. ONE HUNDRED AND NINE YARDS LATER: Touchdown Jacksonville. Might want to refrain from the record field-goal attempts. I think that one would've broken the mark by three or four yards!!
Apparently not the only interesting thing to happen in that game so far. There was a muffed punt earlier in the half... Because, apparently, the penalty flag being thrown for an illegal block during the kick struck the ball in the air and deflected it slightly. No change of possession -- not known what would've happened if there had been one!
Well, I said "the end of the half"... Justin Tucker has just won for Baltimore with a new NFL record 66 yard field goal over the Lions. Off the crossbar and over for the win!
But the NFL had it's hands in it: According to the posted play clock on the screen, the down before was a delay of game on the Ravens. Will try to get a full video... Well, I think I've got my #1 for this week's AFC Politicals.
Andy Reid left after today's game in an ambulance -- he was not feeling well, and the Chiefs are exercising caution. No sympathy for the Devil.
