- Add both MNF coaches and teams last night to the "failed mask policy" list:
- Oakland Raiders: Jon Gruden, $100,000
- New Orleans Saints: Sean Payton, $100,000
- Oakland Raiders: $250,000
- New Orleans Saints: $250,000.
That's FIVE teams and coaches fined. And those fines aren't cheap.
- Again, FOX has gained in it's Sunday NFL slot, a 6% rise from last year for it's Week 2 singleheader, making the network 3 for 3 on increasing viewers. Tampa Bay and Dallas were prominently featured.
- Raw numbers for Sunday Night indicated nearly a five million viewer loss for NBC, this year over last.
- 15.4 million between the two networks for Monday Night Football last night.
- In what probably will result in more ABC/ESPN dual-broadcasted games, that number is a 26% increase from a year ago.
- CBS early: Only 9.75 million. Giants-Bears or Broncos-Steelers. *yawn*
- CBS late: 18.87 million
- Notre Dame's game with Wake Forest has been postponed as the Irish now have an outbreak of the virus, with 10 quarantined players and three more in isolation.
