Day 174 (Everything Else)

• Just to keep in mind:  We are nine days from the NFL attempt to launch.
• The official vote to postpone football in the Big Ten was 11-3.  Nine votes were necessary to get the postponement.  Nebraska, Ohio State, and Iowa voted to play.  Realistically, you can have college football with far less of the bloat if you have just the SEC, ACC, Big XII, and Ohio State, as long as Notre Dame, as planned for this season, is in the ACC.    
• The World Golf Championships - HSBC Champions event in China in late September is off due to coronavirus limitations.
• The Kentucky Derby is this weekend.
