Interesting Vegas statistic from VSiN...

Each week, the mega-contest in Vegas is the Superbook Supercontest, where a season-long millions-dollar pool has the best in Vegas pick five NFL games against the number.

This year is historic:  Two players in the SuperContest (entry names "ER @ JAR" and "TUCO", according to Sharpside.com), through four weeks (according to Sirius XM's "Follow The Money" program on the Vegas Sports and Information Network) are 19-1 ATS through four weeks.

That's insane.  It also allows them to split a $15,000 bonus for the best first four weeks.

So how do they get there?

Well...

• Betting against the Dolphins and the number is 4-0.
• Their main tactic is taking advantage of the sub-.450 record of home teams straight-up this year.  Of ER's 20 picks, 14 have been road teams, and he's swept them all against the number.  It's 13 for TUCO.  Both players' only loss has been a sole underdog who didn't cash.
• Three other players are 17-3, a larger group is 16-4.
