Adding to the Preseason Suspension Blotter: And speaking of drugs...

  • Tennessee Titans:  Marqueston Huff, 1 game, substance abuse.  Forfeiture is $35,294.
  • EDIT TO ADD from later Friday:  Denver Broncos, Shiloh Keo:  2 games.  DUI after making a major role in the Broncos winning the Super Bowl.  Forfeiture is $89,411.
  • Free Agent:  Andrew Quarless, 2 games.  Firing a weapon in public charge from July 2015.  Packers cut him after the season for knee injuries limiting his productivity.
These suspensions, at least the 32nd, 33rd, and 34th in the league this off-season, make the Titans the sixth NFL team to have two players suspended for at least the opener.  The Cowboys have three, and as a result, will be fined once the new policy for such fines is formulated.

The Packers become the second team in the NFL (with the Browns) who would've had to cut a check for having three players suspended, but the third player (Manziel in the Browns' case) was already cut.  Quarless becomes the ninth free-agent to be suspended.

The Broncos become the 15th NFL team to have a suspended player this off-season.
