A Great Day For Drug-Free Sport, and I'm not talking the Paralympic Decision

Alex Roidriguez has been forced to call it a career.  His last game is Friday, announced today in a Yankee press conference.

I can't be happier.

Even if we take out the number of "strikes" this roided-up illegal piece of shit had under any sane drug policy, the illegal poker games and obfuscation to the league should've been more than enough to toss his ass so far out of baseball that he flies past that liar Pete Rose!!!

As it is, one really now has to take a look at the sport of baseball and have real questions as to the viability of it's history, when you start taking a look at the number of players seen as "great" and yet will never sniff the Hall of Fame for their own misconduct.
