34 Counts, While He Was President

Donald Trump has been charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records throughout the year 2017.

The counts are all violations of NY Statute 175.10 -- falsifying business records, first degree.  They are Class E felonies, each punishable 1-3 years "upstate", prison.

These charges indicate that additional crimes were being concealed, covered up, or committed at the same time.  Which would mean, if this went to trial, we'd find out what additional crimes...

Yes, pretty low-hanging fruit.  To me, however, the key of these charges is that Trump committed these WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT.  All of these charges are falsehoods from 2017, his first year in the Presidency.
