- Well, well... The English Premier League is still saying the season will go on, but now two matches in three days have been called off due to COVID-19 flare-ups, and England has, a couple of weeks now, announced a new strain, 70% more contagious, is in the country... Fulham and Manchester City both have outbreaks.
- Psst... It's in the USA too. Case of the new strain confirmed in Colorado.
- Wigan Update: The other teams have matches in hand, but two wins and two draws in their last five at least have Wigan at 19 points, the line to go down to League Two or remain safe. The other two drops, Hull City and Charlton, are third and sixth respectively.
- The sale offer to a Spanish consortium was rejected beginning of this month. It does look like the EFL's position is to end the club.
- Interesting... Not only has the opening of the NBA season seen ratings nearly double, but the YouTube account of the league has had it's most-watched week of it's 15 year history. (ESPN Crawl)
- Clemson offensive coordinator Tony Elliott will not be at the CFP semifinal tomorrow due to COVID-19 protocols.
- The Colts will hide all reference to other games in which they need help to make the playoffs on Sunday.
- The Bills will host fans Wild Card Weekend.
- The women's basketball team at Duke has cancelled it's season due to COVID.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
