Brock Turner was released after serving only three months for Rape While Important.
It's far past time now, and it sounds like someone actually has decided to lay down the line: Reporters over the weekend stated that there were people at Brock's parents' house (the father of the infamous "20 minutes of action" "apology")...
... and they were armed.
Sorry, it's time.
Words and advisories are not going to do it. Take it from me, I didn't believe they'd do it almost 20 years ago -- I certainly don't believe they will now.
The only way this MRA/Rape Culture bullshit stops is with some men (and, if they're athletes who rape, so much the better!) leaving in bodybags.
They say there are three boxes to the American experience. Well, that the ballot box won't do it, and the jury box failed, it's time for #3.
Some athlete rapist is going to have to die to start the process.
