- "Additional information" has been found out by the league since the Grizzlies banned Morant indefinitely for a second gun video after suspending him eight games earlier in the season.

- Eric Lewis, under investigation for a possible burner Twitter account, will not officiate in the NBA Finals as a result. It appears he and the PA do have a decision on Morant, but do not have one yet on Lewis.
- Diamond Sports Group must pay the teams in full for their games, a Houston judge ruled.

- A shove on a Bonus Game pushed the midnight Eastern Friday total for SGDQ 2023 to $865,509.
- Last year: $1,143,498. OUCH!
- And, a few hours later, the discrepancy had reached over $400,000!
- In a historic move, racing has stopped at Churchill Downs, in the face of a safety inquiry. They will attempt to resume, a week out of schedule, at a track two hours away, while the Churchill Downs track and grounds are the subject of a top to bottom review.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
