How crazy this NFL season MIGHT be...

Probably will edit to add ESPN's list if they submit one today, but...

Vegas Insider polled 35 NFL handicappers for their site for the conference championship and Super Bowl picks.

They had six different AFC champions and seven different NFC titlists.

AFC:

  • Kansas City:  18
  • Pittsburgh:  6
  • New England:  5
  • LA Chargers:  3
  • Cleveland:  2
  • Houston:  1
NFC:
  • New Orleans:  15
  • Philadelphia:  10
  • LA Rams:  4
  • Chicago:  3
  • Dallas:  1
  • Minnesota:  1
  • Green Bay:  1
Super Bowl Champion:  (a total of eight different choices)
  • New Orleans:  13
  • Kansas City:  9
  • New England:  3
  • Pittsburgh:  3
  • Cleveland:  2
  • Philadelphia: 2
  • LA Rams: 2
  • Minnesota:  1
Sports Illustrated and their MMQB crew:

AFC:
  • Kansas City:  7
  • New England:  6
NFC:
  • Philadelphia: 6
  • New Orleans:  5
  • Atlanta:  1
  • Seattle:  1
Super Bowl Champion:
  • Philadelphia:  4
  • New England:  3
  • Kansas City:  2
  • New Orleans:  2
  • Atlanta:  1
  • Seattle:  1
Bit more of a corporate look here.  Only 2 AFC shots among the 13 on the crew, and only 4 NFC, including 2 none of the Vegas people picked -- and all six got votes for the Super Bowl.

CBS Sports polled 10 of their writers:

Chiefs over the Vikings in the Super Bowl and Tom Brady does retire...

NO.  Unless Tom Brady is physically incapable, there is no way he does not retire without winning the Lombardi in his final game.  Period end fuhgeddaboutit.
