10-3! Not the way I think the NFL wanted NFL 100 to start!!!

13 points, as the Packer defense matched the vaunted Bear defense and the Packers are 1-0 in a very important fringe matchup.

But there is no way you can tell me that the 13-point game is anything the NFL wanted for it's 100th Kickoff.  I can see it in early videos and the pundits faces:  A lot of excuses have to be made here.  Eep, Oop, Ork, and Ah-Ah...  We didn't want that!!

It was a Last Chance Miss, as the Bears had a pass into the end zone at the two minute warning get intercepted for the end of any real chance of the home team winning.

20 penalties, 10 and 10.

Only one NFL game last year had as few or fewer points (Jacksonville 6 - Indianapolis 0, Week 13).

Two the year before (Dallas 6 - Philadelphia 0 Week 17, and Carolina 9 - Buffalo 3 in Week 2).

Lowest scoring Kickoff Game since the format was started after 9/11.

Old record:  23 combined points, twice.  Giants 16 - Washington 7 in 2008, Saints 14 - Vikings 9 in 2009.

Only 37 games in the last 18 seasons have had 13 points or fewer.  (Pro Football Reference)
