Anyone who still thinks Indiana has a real shot tonight better do so very advisedly...

I just got some information here in Vegas through Twitter a couple of levels.

According to Incarcerated Bob's sports blog, 2 points:

1) The referees tonight, in the last 29 Miami Heat games they have done, the Heat are 26-3.

2) Here's the big one, since I never really believed the result (Heat win) to be in much doubt...

Floyd Mayerweather has gone huge on this game, according to Incarcerated Bob's sources.

How big?

Try almost SIX MILLION DOLLARS.

**ALERT** Good source from my Vegas crew alerted me that Floyd Mayweather has laid over $5,900,000 on Heat -7 tonight in Vegas

Mayerweather is the most powerful sports figure in Las Vegas.  (It's one of the reasons he's so protected here.)

Time for me to go back to the MGM Grand.

  1. Miami has already shot 36 free throws in this game. Take away the free throws, it would be a close game when you consider the shots (26 for Indiana, and 29 for Miami) but with the free throws in place, it is a full scale blow out.

    1. And was I the only person who saw that coming about Saturday night?

  2. Nope! You were not, there's no way the league was going to allow Indiana to make it, even after pampering them in the series. When it all comes down to it, everyone seen Spurs/Heat coming for months in advance.

It's funny though that Mayweather never loses when he gambles.

  3. Mayerweather is a crooked piece of scum, but he's a guy you need to watch if people are watching him to see frauds like last night to completion.

Lots of buzz here in Vegas on "Did he actually?"... People forget -- not all of that money was legal wagers, and it also wasn't done in one place.
