- Did FOX know something? On Christmas Day, FOX Sports aired a 90-minute retrospective into the life, career, and impact of John Madden.
- Three days later, Madden has passed away at the age of 85.
- The three remaining games in the NHL were played last night, the first in a week.
- 32 goals were scored.
- Her total took a hit last night because she basically was locked out of betting anything in Final Jeopardy (because her total was barely twice that of the second-place player going in), but Amy Schneider has become only the fifth player in the history of Jeopardy! to win 20 matches. Her total of $768,600 makes her 11th on the female game-show winnings list of all time.
- It appears someone on YouTube is taking archivist Andy Saunders and plagiarizing his work on his The Jeopardy! Fan website.
- Saunders' predictive projections now have Schneider at 31 wins, and, at average win ($38,430), would be about $1.19 million, a total only (according to Wikipedia's research) ONE woman (Ashlee Register) has beaten. $800,000 is #10 -- a five-way tie at a straight million is #5, and three Wheel of Fortune million-dollar bonus round winners are above that.
The truth is not what actually happened. It's what you can ENFORCE happened. It's ALL enforcement.
