• Green Bay Packers:  Mike Pennell, 4 games  Substance abuse, his second suspension of the season.
• Cleveland Browns:  Jordan Payton, 4 games, PEDs
• New Orleans Saints:  Kenny Vaccaro, 4 games, PEDs
